Music Ministries

Music is an integral part of the worship services at Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church. We have many opportunities available to participate!

The Festival (traditional) Worship Services features classic and modern hymns with primarily organ accompaniment. Other instruments are occasionally used. This service begins at 8:30 am Sunday morning.

The Celebration (contemporary) Communion Services feature contemporary worship songs accompanied by the Praise Band Musicians and Singers. Worship service times are 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The music groups participate primarily in one style of worship service; however, they do occasionally cross over and play in the other style of service.

Sunday Morning Praise Team – After 10am worship (year round)

Wednesday Evenings September – May

6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Adult Bells

Adult Choir – 7:10 – 8:15 p.m.

Wednesday Evenings June – August

Summer Choir – 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

Mondays during the school year

For Children through High school:

Children’s Chimes & Choir – 5:00pm- 6:00pm
