WHAT TO EXPECT
Church Services
We think church is fun! Each week we have engaging and dynamic messages based on the Bible presented by our pastor.
We have three church services every weekend (Saturday at 5pm, Sunday’s at 8:30 & 10am). The services take place in the worship center. We will have a time of music and teaching. There will be an offering to support the mission and ministry of the church, and you are free to give in whatever way you feel moved to give. Services run a little over an hour.
What About Kids
Holy Shepherd presents fun and safe, Biblical teaching for kids of all ages, from the newest newborns up to high school seniors.
A nursery is available as a place for parents to spend time with their children and still hear God’s word and the music from the worship space.
Sunday School is offered during the school year. Children begin in worship and then depart with their classes following the Children’s Sermon.
What to Wear
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
There’s a variety of dress for Sunday mornings. You’ll see everything from jeans to suits here, so wear what’s most comfortable for you. Services are very relaxed and casual.
Style of Music
In each church service, we have a time of worship through song. The Saturday 5pm service features contemporary music. Sunday’s at 8:30am features our traditional style of music.
The Sunday 10am service is led by the contemporary praise team and band.
Your Life
Wherever you are in life, you matter and you have a purpose. We want to help you become the person God has created you to be. Your journey has a next step and we’ll help you find it. It could start with serving, finding God’s vision for your life, giving, or joining us regularly.
Your Family
Strong families start with solid foundations. That’s why we partner with parents to help raise the next generation to become followers of Christ. Your children and teens have opportunities throughout the week to grow relationships with each other and with God.
Our Community and World
We are passionate about serving the global community and demonstrating God’s love to others. Whether in person or online, individually or in groups, within our church and around the world, we are focused on supporting and engaging in relationships that provide relief and restoration to a hurting world.
Our Leadership
Our church staff lead the church with love and care for each and every family. In addition to loving staff, our church members actively assist the staff in caring for our community.
